Refund Policy


All Playful Seasons programmes are digital products delivered over a fixed time period. Because digital materials cannot be returned, refunds are offered only when:

  • The purchase was made in error, and no materials have been accessed.

  • A technical failure on our side prevents course access.

  • We cancel or materially change a programme after purchase.


One-Time Payments

Each course is sold as a single, non-recurring payment. All six PlayfulSeasons courses may be bought individually.

When purchased as part of the PlayfulSeasons Collective, the year-long programme is treated as one product, and any refund request applies to the programme as a whole.

Unsubscribing from emails does not cancel or refund the course. Access remains available for the full duration stated at checkout.

To request a refund, email hello@playfulseasons.com within 14 days of purchase. Refunds cannot be issued after this period. Non-engagement with the course does not qualify for a refund.

Access to course materials is for personal use only. Content, videos and printables may not be shared, copied, or redistributed.

This policy does not affect your statutory rights.

PlayfulSeasons operates under English law. All purchases and refund considerations are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
