Playful Seasons and Coachmind Consulting Ltd provide digital courses, seasonal programmes and email-based content designed to support wellbeing, creativity and personal reflection. By subscribing to our emails or purchasing a course, you agree to the following:
All Playful Seasons products are sold on a one-time payment basis. There are no recurring charges.
When you purchase a course or programme, you receive access for the full duration of the course.
You may unsubscribe from emails at any time, but this does not cancel your purchase or remove your course access.
Your purchase grants you personal access to digital materials. These may not be shared, copied or distributed.
All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Prices are listed in GBP unless otherwise stated.
Courses are delivered digitally via Teachery and through MailerLite emails. Content is released gradually over the course period. We aim to maintain uninterrupted access, although occasional maintenance may occur.
Refunds follow our Refund Policy.
Our programmes support wellbeing and creative expression but do not replace psychological therapy. Clinical services are provided separately via DrElrika.com.
All course content, videos, worksheets and materials remain the property of Playful Seasons and Coachmind Consulting Ltd.

Playful Seasons courses support general wellbeing, creative expression and seasonal self-reflection. They are not a substitute for medical, psychological, psychiatric or emergency care.
If you are receiving medical or psychological treatment, you should continue with your usual support. If you experience distress, deterioration or a crisis, please contact your GP, NHS 111, NHS 999, or appropriate emergency services.
